"Cashback!"
Seriously (if that's the correct term), though, what did those of you who saw it think of it?
I thought it was excellent.

"How could I draw a c*ck on my own back, and why?!"
"Well obviously yours was better - it had hairs at the base and a dotted line from the tip"
I thought it wasn't a bad attempt at a first episode, like tlc before it it needs a little bit of living in before it gets entertaining properly. Never Mind the Buzzcocks was superb as usual

It certainly had its moments.
Not sure I can be bothered to waste another Monday evening in front of the telly though. Not the same without Coupling and The Office.
Buzzcocks also has its moments but I was very disappointed in JJBurnel. Looked like an accountant and made about as useful a contribution...
Bill Bailey is a complete star, though.

I posted a conversation a few days ago about Norwich losing their place as finalists for city of European Culture, blaming Alan for the rejection. How dare they, he's an ambassador!

Zapping back to Bill Bailey, has anyone seen him live or the old BBC2 series 'Is it Bill Bailey?' Bloddy amazing, funniest stand up there is. Here in Bristol when he last toured, he kept coming on for an encore, and then starting on about something else, he did this several times, going on for about 45mins after he first left the stage. In the end the Colston Hall turned the lights out on him!!!

He used to do an occasional spot on the otherwise nauseous Loose Ends.
Did variations on the theme from Doctor Who, including a sort of French jazz thing - Docteuuur Qui?
Sidesplitting. Know what you mean, Bob. It would hurt!

I always find that songs in comedy always make me want to stop watching and turn over e.g. the crapness of the goodness gracious me songs. However, Bill's are always amazing, such classics. Me and a few friends are actually a bit obsessed. One had a video with all the episodes of 'Is it Bill Bailey?' He could sing any of the songs all the way through. Quite sad really.

Of course, amazing series. The writing really suited all the characters...

I've got the DVD of Black Books, which features a commentary by the cast, with bailey and Dylan Moran both being delightfully odd, and also a cut scene from the episode where Manny sold all the books, where he is singing a song called "WHo will buy my books today" and acting as a kind of Pied Piper. Very funny.
