its been ing this morning, but at the moment its sunny and milder.

In Lansing,MI US there is 10 inches snow from one storm.
The skies are overcast. Temperature is 19F (-7C).
The winds are light, but expected to get stronger as day progresses.

10 Feb 10, 1200 hrs, Key West, Florida

Started off at 67F, but the winds are out of the North at 30-35 knots, so unless you are in a very sunny sheltered spot, it is not really pleasant outside at all.

They never offer speculation on wind chill for days like today, but I bet it feels fifteen degrees colder than 67F. The relative humidity is also very high, so it goes straight to the bones.

I'm just glad I'm not in Washington D.C. or New York today.

Well I don't know what 67f is but it sounds cold.
It's 30C here at 6pm on Thu the 11th with a coolish sou'easter blowing and 70% humidity with the chance of a few storms tonight.

[Is the US the only recalcitrant that uses the old scale for things? ]

Clear skies, ground frost but it's difficult to tell as there is snow on the grass and roofs. Yesterday from 16:00 to about 17:00, sleet started to fall, then it turned into light snow and in 15 minutes it became heavier and by 16:30 it came down heavily. As a result everywhere there was a dusting of snow. The weather forercast for yesterday said there would be sleet/light snow. The top temperature now is 0C, (but it feels colder in the wind). The wind speeds are 17 N.

Could be having sleet/light showers later on today.

It´s a clear sunny and cold day. There´s a battle between the sun and the snow. Snowflakes are trying to settle but a cold breeze, alied with the sun rays, prevent them from doing it.

That´s a nice fight to see. The snowflakes reflect the sunlight, the breeze makes them move erratically.

67 Fahrenheit is 19.7 Celsius.
That was in the Florida Keys.

it is 23 Fahrenheit (that is -5 C)and partly cloudy.

67°F isn't cold- it's quite warm, actually. I keep my thermostat at home set at 67°F.

We had just 12", maybe 16" of snow here in Chicago overnight Tuesday, so nothing overwhelming. Some of my co-workers at our field offices have had a lot more- I talked to someone in Virginia yesterday who mentioned they had around 30".

We did have a very minor earthquake- magnitude 3.8- here early yesterday morning.

Currently in Chicago: 14.9°F / -9.5°C, no wind, not currently snowing. It looks like it's going to be partly sunny, but it's still a bit too dark to tell for certain.

Bitterly cold all day, about 4 inches of snow this morning has now got slushy and is steadily freezing. The North East wind is cutting right thru my thermals

Here in London, it's a reasonably bright day (once the fog lifted) and it's dry and clear. It's nippy though - current temperature around 3c. Feels a bit colder than that.

I can't see longer the nasty snow.
The streets are slippery and with the icy places on the pavements and streets are hiden from a fine snowcover. I hope the winter will past without broken legs.

Hello all from Frankfurt, Germany

I have left the grey and miserably wet environs of London for a few days and so today I am in Frankfurt. It's quite a pleasant day here. The sun is out, the sky is blue, though there are some scattered clouds. There's still quite a bit of snow on the ground, everywhere is very white. It's currently about -1c but feels maye three or four degrees colder than that.

It's set to get chilly later though, so all those people out kissing each other for Fasching better hope they have warm costumes on!

Today's high was 62F/16C, with winds NW at 20 knots. It was misting rain when I walked to work this morning.

Our average temp for this date in February is 77F/25C, and that is what all the tourists who are paying ridiculous amounts of money to be here right now would expect.

We locals generally do best between 88F/31C and 95F/35C, so when these temps come in and park for weeks on end, we are not a happy bunch. There's no heat in the houses. And I for one am tired of wearing jeans and three layers instead of shorts, flip-flops and a polo shirt.

On the bright side, we do not have to shovel sunshine or sunsets.

Halo. Still in Frankfurt where it's gotten slightly milder as the week goes on. Today it's quite grey and miserable. It was raining a little earlier, but it has stopped now. It's still humid enough to e foggy though so it feels quite damp and chilly outside. The current temperature is about 3c. There is no breeze.
