These days are what we call indian summer.

It's a grey cold morning here in London on Tuesday 10th November. The sky is overcast, but it's relatively light so hopefully the sun will peep through as the day goes. It's chilly for London though. The current temperature is 4c with an expected high of 7c. It's 08.30 right now.

The weather here is "Dank"

The Dankness is palpable

In a Danky sort of way

And moist

In a dank and damp stylee

Reminiscent of a swamp or bog on a cold Dank, moist night

With Frogs croaking

And crickets

And lots of luminous eyes peering at you through the bullrushes

Some moistly friendly, some dankly not
