Whats the weather doing where you are?

Nara Japan 8:30 am We've had a few days of mixed weather really ,sometimes rain sometimes sun but I did notice that today according to my newspaper the whole of Japan has sun only and it is nice outside already , going up to about 23 c here today .

Clloudy skies with a few very brief sunny spells. There were some spits of rain earlier on, you could have counted them on one hand. The temperature is 17°C, and there are 14 mph S winds.
