2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Posted Nov 7, 2001
Is it me, or has the site changed a bit: since when has it been "BBCi"? and are there not now more links to BBC or should that be BBCi stuff?

It rather spoils the ambience, I think. Sitting there all grey and square like that.
The new h2g2 logo in the corner is nice though.

what's six times nine?? (ie, is that the required phrase?) Shouldn't it be what's three times (six times nine)?

So ..now I've heard that you heard from someone who heard you wanted to have someone at bbc hear your complaints and they've advised you to speak up. Sounds like good advise to me. Let me know if you hear more.

Nothing makes perfect sense. It's everything else that causes problems.
117...the world's least exciting number.

The square root of zero is an interesting number, if you like that kind of thing.
Toothpicks may well have been right.
But.
I was astonished.
After seeing in my local shop a few weeks back a pack of grated cheese for sale.
It was expensive presumbably as a result of high manafacturing costs of having to grate cheese.
Why would anyone want to buy ready grated cheese?
I looked again this week and it was there again, so there must be demand.
People are paying more than the price of a decent regular block of cheese to buy ready grated cheese.
Are people really so busy that they can't grate their own cheese?
Has human kind evolved and lost the ability to grate cheese?
Isn't this mad?
Isn't something severly rong if someone has a life so busy that they do not have time to grate their own cheese?
Shouldn't I give up now?
What is the world coming to if people are buying pre-grated cheese?
5.
