The buttons thing is so that a man can unbutton his tunic with his left hand whilst drawing the sword it was hiding on his left hand side with his right hand

ANOVA is short for analysis of variance

That sword thing - thats the same reason why spiral staircases always go the same way in castles - so that the attacks couldn't swing the swords as they came up the stairs... right?
