Ha ! I wear TWO diamonds.
One is a tungsten-carbide ring that we bought outside of Cardiff, while visiting, the other is the remaining half of my bride's very first ever pierced ear studs. She lost one after 36 or so years, so I got her new ones - and I now wear the remainder.
For you, Mr or Mrs 2legs, with your health and weight changes - perhaps the matched diamond stud ear-rings might be a better choice? It works for my daughter and son-in-law.

we've already bought the wedding rings... I just need to try mine on again make sure it still fits 
- problem with fingers etc, is swelling due to oedima as a consequence of the mental hormones I have 
Still waiting for my ears to settle a bit more after they were pieced a few weeks back, bfore taking out the stud earrings and putting some others in
