The trees are singing, the birds are swaying

The trees have set my hayfever off. Itchy nose and all that. Best be careful I don't get in an argument with somebody.
Oh hang on, that's all a bad thing
Oh here's one, there was a hedgehog in the garden this afternoon

I haven't had hayfever since I started wearing contacts 4 1/2 years ago. Though maybe hayfever had just got sick of me because if I go outside without contacts, I still don't get hayfever

I didn't get it until I was about 15 or 16. Then I just got it for a couple of weeks. Over the past few years though it seems to start earlier and end later *Scratches nose*

I've just had my new pair of combats altered
Which has nothing to do with hayfever, but is a reason to be cheerful

Hayfever remedy:
Find a local beekeeper. Eat some local honey. Acts as a sort of immunisation to the stuff in the local trees and flowers.
And if it doenst work, well, a slice of wholemeal toast spread with honey isn't the worst way to start the day!

Reason #1: I am bouyed from just having visited my baby, her hubby and the three grand-kids for a week.
Reason #2: Now knowing first-hand the intensity of my 3-year-old namesake's tantrums, normally living 1,818 miles, (or 2,925 km) away is a GOOD thing.
