It sounds very interesting - that omelette thing.

I tried to make some Lemon Curd once - it tasked quite nice!!

A large crusty baguette, loads of butter, crispy grilled bacon and lots of brie!

although i am liking the sound of the roast pork one on the first page!

Must be a Hull thing. Too much Olive Tree.

I'm surprised you can get Hendos over there.

We bring it over in Gallon containers. People are allowed to use it here, even if they are not from Sheffield, but we never tell them what it is.

A shot of it in a morning's not as good a hangover cure as you may imagine, just for future reference.

I have one or two

1. Ripe Brie cheese Chopped sauted mushrooms between two slices of toast

2. Italian salami thinly sliced, red onion rings on grilled chabatta bread

Sunflower and poppy seed bagel filled with cream cheese, thickly sliced tomato and spring onion, and a pinch of salt.

Or...

Honey and oat bread with meatballs in tomato sauce, still hot and steamy, with tomato and red onion slices, maybe a few black olives and garlic sauce on top.

Toasted white danish. Mature cheddar. So mature it has a mortgage and a land rover. Salsa, lettuce, raw onion, fried mushrooms.

Or.

Cajun chicken and tomato.

A bacon sandwich with H P Sauce, together with a nice cup of tea.

Grilled cheese and tomato.

Cream cheese, tomato and onion on a whole grain bagel.

Barbecued tofu on an onion roll.

Felafel, lettuce, tomato, onion and tahini stuffed in a pita.

Falafel is not a sandwich!

It is when you stuff it inside a pita with all that lovely stuff. There's a place down the street from my house that does an absolutely gorgeous one- I have one at least two or three times a month.

Do you have a problem with felafel in general, or just the concept of them being used for pocket sandwich filling?

Dude that is ILL.

I always saw findus crispy pancakes as more of a thought experiment than actual comestibles.

Salty, salty bacon and maple syrup in plain brioche. Gaaar.
