It's kind of like a hot toddy, but I've forgotten how to make them properly, so I'm cheating!!

Hi Lucky have you tried honey in with your hot water and whiskey it helps get rid of shivers when you have a cold.

Hi Princess, I've been drinking hot honey nd lemon all day, got a bit fed up of it in the end!! I've put a little bit of sugar in the whisky nd hot water, but honey sounds even better, should take the sharp edges off it!! Thanks for the hint babe!!

well me and mr hearts aint talking at the moment it's that time the month and i feel ratty inside today so i told mr hearts to sleep on settee for few nights.

you can try honey or i sometimes add lime to whiskey it taste good too and it helps you feel better.

Oooo, totm, that's really not a good time for me either!! If anyone even vaguely annoys me then .... don't ask, not good is all I'm saying!! I try to avoid everyone for a couple of days, but it doesn't always work!!

I ended up shouting at my one of my best friends a few days ago when I had chronic pmt, I told her to pull herself together and to grow up... oops, she's 10 years older than me!!

Never mind eh?! She's forgiven me, kind of, so everything's back to normal now!!

It's the cramps that are worse than ever i'm drinking lager to reduce the pains it the only drink that numbs the pains i've tried warm milk it didn't work

never mind lucky you be better in no time.

Luckily I haven't had too bad cramps this time (thank heavens!! ), and warm milk has never worked for me either!!

I definitely agree with you about the honey in whisky and hot water, just tried it, it's lovely!!!! My throat feels better already!! Thanks lots babe!! (Might be a bit TOO easy to drink though!! Tastes like honey ice cream!! Lol!! )
