TFTD Does dirty washing breed? I put a pair of trousers, T'Shirt and knickers in the machine last night and now washing is bursting out of it

Not bad thanks Bit chilly In my experience of washing machines, they seem to be some sort of dimensional portal, transporting one of every pair of socks to another dimension
Thought for the day: Islands, is there a specific size of island where you stop referring to being _on_ it, and start being _in_ it, ie. I was on the Isle of Wight, but i'm now in Australia...

You're right, it's called Australasia But that includes loads of other islands like New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia etc. There still seems to be some cut-off point where you stop being 'on' and become 'in'
