A common comment on YouTube 80s music vids is "80s was the best decade for music - I wish I'd been there to see it all happening".
I'm sure my fellow 30-somethings remember saying in the 80s "60s was the best decade for music - I wish I'd been there to see it all happening".
With all the rubbish in the charts now, the most worrying thing is that someone will be saying the same thing about the noughties in 20 years' time!

Funny you should say that about 80's music, I did prefer listening to my mum and dad's old records when I was a teenager, now I prefer 80's music

What's the future hold for pound shops? Is there going to be a time when they become "two pound shops" or "one pound and 5p shops"? Or will they stay as pound shops but end up selling only one thing like cheap sweets?
