I don't understand why everybody likes Aslan. He's a right smug git. I'd be on the witch's side, myself. She might be evil but she's got style.

Fever =

A condition of heightened activity or excitement: a fever of anticipation.

A contagious, usually short-lived enthusiasm or craze: disco fever.

Unfortunately, I tend to agree; I like Johnathan's reviews, he is a fair critic and I rarely disagree with him once I have seen the film (even if I read his review *after* I watch the film). I was actually looking forward to seeing Narnia when I first herd it was being released. Then I saw the extended trailer and felt let down; it looked like that show, The 10th Kingdom I think it was, made for television at any rate and not a patch on films like LOTR (as it is being hailed the 'childrens' LOTR by some people). I might not even go to see it now...

Now King Kong, on the other hand was the exact opposite (just to get off topic for a second), I had thought it would be trite and corny, but getting a closer look has changed my mind completely.

However, just to keep all the fans happy --- my mum *loves* the look of Narnia and cannot wait to go see it.
