Hi anonymous researcher!
This is an interesting entry, and well written, but unfortunately it's not suitable for peer review for inclusion into the edited guide. If you click on my name above, you'll be magically transported to my personal space. From here, there's links to the writing guidelines.
What you've written would be good as a personal journal entry, or possibly for the Post (follow the link on the front page).

Hi Luke,
An interesting story, well written and easy to read. However, I agree with Otto's comments ragarding it's suitability for the Edited Guide.
You might like to go to your persopnal page and change your name. Luke must be preferable to Resercher 200454.
Best wishes
Stuart

Okay, so it doesn't belong in the edited guide...now we have that sorted.
Now...may I just say, this is a wonderful piece and it deserves a place somewhere...and luckily there is such a place.
AGG/GAG (Another Galaxy Guide / Galactic Anomolies Group) which is found at:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/classic/agggag
They publishes all sorts of stuff in the H2G2 Post, which comes out every Thursday.
This piece also remind me of those little snipets they add to the Weekend Sections of most papers. It's topic will gain instant interest because of the world current situation, while still providing a human side. Send it off to a a few papers and see what happens.
I hope to be seeing this piece some Thursday very soon.

Ouch! I told you you'd take someone's eye out!
don't worry about the Post... i'd like to snap this one up for the Agg-Gag column - or whatever we are calling it 'post-42'.
the author hasn't posted in 5 weeks...
i'll leave a message on his page about using this piece.
er... do you have to be a volunteer to 2nd this GR things.
btw, about this mass upheaval of old pr threads that you're into this AM; it's just that, whilst it cleans up PR, it also temporarily shunts a bunch of more recent entries down below the plimsole line.
this is a shame if you think that some of those entries will 'miss out' on casual PRers' attention in favour of a page full of stuff that has been 'abandoned' in many cases...
see what i mean?

May i suggest that the AWW would be better...
this is quite well written, imo, and might be read in the AWW.
i'm also gonna put this one up for inclusion in the new incarnation of AggGag; whatever it's called!
so, AWW for this?
