3days to quit day..
feeling a lot better about the whole hing than I was. one minute I was making an appointment to see an advisor n the next I was planning to quit the day after so was all a little rushed and I really wasn't sure. I've thought a lot about my habit recently and what its doing to me..taken off the blinkers i've been wearing so long as it were. When i was coughing my guts up in the night it wasnt my smoking anything but.. same when i couldnt walk up a hill without stopping to sit down..id blame anything but the fags n complete dissociate the behaviour! Hopefully I'mpast that as over the last few days i've began to hate the things, accept what they are n what theyre doing to me n hate them...i dont want this for myself anymore!

Stress? What stress?
Stressed is when you wake up screaming in the middle of the night...
And realise you haven't fallen asleep yet!

Bot smoking will actually reduce your stress, though. It's the fags that give you stress! Remove the source of the stress and you remove the stress.

Are there 'any' plus points to smoking really?
The other day I sat n wrote out all the things I'd gain through quitting the gags, and all the things I'd gain from staying asmoker. The first list was quite long..the second I could think of nothing for! There really are no benefits to it.

No, there's plenty of benefits to smoking...
Won't get all that fresh air from havng to go outside to smoke...
Won't get all that exercise from walking down to the corner shop to buy fags...
Won't get skin cancer from all that exposure to the sun on the holidays you'll suddenly be able to afford...
Won't die of old age...
