Because Britian is Rabies free all animals coming in from the continant had to be quarintened for 6 months, now if thhe have an anti rabies shot the can have a passport to travel and not have to spend time in quarentine, but don't quote me on that

Why would a second microchip prevent you from getting a passport?
And from what I've seen of the scanners, they do check all over the dog's body, anyway, but that's not the point.

I don't know about in the US, but in the UK I think most, if not all, places use hand scanners. I'm not sure why a second chip prevents your pet from getting a passport, but that's what our vet said

It wouldn't hurt to get students going with the "Vote or Die" thing. Though after the MTV awards I'm kind of hoping it will take on a life of it's own. Rock the Vote did that.
