no...'tis a school comp...and the college is a private college associated with a religion...so they're tight on the internet...and unlike UNCA...FireFox is not installed on every computer......man...you don't know how attached to those tabs you are until you can't use them...luckily...I've absolutely no problem with internet explorer...it's just that I can customize FireFox so that it is "pimp" or whatever them youngin's is sayin' nowdays...on the upside...I can at least have a decent internet conection...

I've had that before, I think it's probably a bug from when they transfer the latest data to all the other drives on the servers.

Because they didn't want people using all the comps to chat when people might want them so that they can do work. Also if you wanna have fun change the link to MS Word, or whatever wordprocessor they use, to link to somewhere like Playboy.com. You need to make sure it keeps the Word icon, so you may need to change that back if it changes to a web page icon.
