Following on from our announcement yesterday about the site re-fresh, we're now looking for some volunteers to come in to to our offices in London to do a spot of user testing on the new designs. We're currently planning two rounds of user testing which will take place in the afternoon on the following dates:
- Monday 26 April and Tuesday 27 April
- Monday 10 May and Tuesday 11 May
If you're interested in volunteering please let us know asap by emailing us at '[email protected]'

Is there a time scale that we must adhere to - office hours, for example, or feedback within so many hours/days?

Dammit, now I *need* a delete button for those posts of FAIL.
The question about office hours still stands though.

>>>The question about office hours still stands though.
The user testing will take place in London and will take place in the afternoon (we've just added the 'afternoon' bit to the original post).
But just to reiterate, everyone should initially express an interest by emailing us first and then we can take it from there.

If you want I'll be glad to come in, just let me know what time my flight from Houston leaves.
Oh, by the way, saying something like "we've just added the 'afternoon' bit to the original post" right after Vip bemoaned the lack of even an undo or delete button is just rubbing it in.
Oh, if only we had even a time limited edit option for posts. Just imagine how few , and we'd see around here.

Is this a "both days" thing?
I am in London on the afternoon of the 27th and I am currently at something of a loose end so I would love to do this!
But not in London on the 26th.
However if just the 27th is ok then count me in!

The last time I was in London was in 1970, when I flew across the Atlantic for a concert tour of Europe. Could you set up a remote location in Boston, Massachusetts, please? There's a tea party in Boston Common tomorrow, amd maybe they'll let you have a cup. :-0

CZ, on your way to London, can you stop here and pick me up?
Wish I could participate. That pesky ocean always complicates things.

That's a great idea, Gosho, but they won't even hang a portrait of me next to the Queen, let alone buy me a plane ticket.
