i bought it in a local supermarket, grilled it like you would a steak and had some sauce, potatoes and a side salad with it
plus of course some

you can probably get them quite easily in deli shops in copenhagen. i bought mine in the province, but they are not for sale there every day.

. However, I concur about the emu - very tasty, but must be eaten while very hot
