It can't be you, Peta! They wouldn't dare! They know they'd have the Thingite militia marching on the BBC and all of P.U.D.D.I.N.G. moaning at them in unison!
anyway!

Well, one meeting down, another this afternoon....
Apparently New Media Central are moving to Manchester in five years' time. I'm unlikely to go with it, but it's a long way off yet...
More news this afternoon, next meeting at 2pm.

When I was visiting Manchester to see my (at the time) partner's son, it was always cold and rainy, even it it was hot and sunny in Essex.

Well, we're supposed to be moving to Manchester in five year's time. Jobs, don't know yet. We'll find out in March '05. Maybe.
Bleah!

That means Mark has got five years to convince you that it'd be a great idea to set off on a round-the-world trip on a tandem! I'm sure that'd appeal to him

I just noticed something interesting..
On page http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/tv_and_radio/4074741.stm there's several links to sections further down the page. The link for the section on the move to Manchester is, amusingly, http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/tv_and_radio/4074741.stm#gaffe
Someone is doing some editorialising there, I suspect.

I know it is a horrible time for all involved.
But remember, from my remote point of view at least, it is better to have a job in Manchester, than be unemployed in London.
