Thanks! I've already submitted it. Now I'll just wait and see.
If there are no researcher cards, someone at h2g2 should probably look into it. I know I'd drop a few bucks in the DNA store for a laminated "h2g2 Researcher" card that costs 20 cents to make, and I'm sure quite a few other researchers would as well.

Oh, and thanks, Joanna, for the fresh ground Kenyan coffee. Very aromatic and robust. I normally go for a French roast, but appreciate the Kenyan very much.

I have been on since first night or so. I am the sad one
Abi and Peta, I'm sorry for not being around for a bit but exams and my company are taking a lot of time right now so I am a bit erratic
Don't worry though, I intend to get to Warwick if I have to blackmail the admissions tutor
All that's left after exams is to find a relevant internship or work-experience place this summer to help boost my UCAS form. I hope I find somewhere nice, I don't think Warwick would like me to put Netalley Networks down as previous experience in the computer industry

Joe? In your capacity as parking attendant, is there somewhere I can lock up my bicycle? I'm rather new here and I don't want it messed with.

I don't know. Why are Jatravartids blue?
<>
Fish are yellow (although I understand there are some rare blue ones, though I haven't seen them yet).

No. Lefty fishies/smileys don't work (at least, not at the moment) .
But welcome to the world that is h2g2! Eat, drink, be merry (as Henry's Cat would say). Write articles, post erm... posts, keep busy!

What's with the really really long names... I've discovered the pop up window for currently logged on people (which in Netscape on a DECstation UNIX box really is annoying - I can't get rid of it without exiting Netscape) and some people's names wrap the window 3 or more times...
And are there likely to be lefty fishies at any point?

J'au-æmne Posted May 18, 2000
I confess. I had a really long name this afternoon... because lots of people use the user window to see if people they know are on, it makes an immediate way of communicating a message to have it in your nickname.
I was advertising the fact that I'd uploaded some pictures earlier, now I've stopped.
I don't know about leftie fishies, though... I doubt anytime soon...

There's a park?
Sorry I've just arrived and already I'm confused. Where have they built a park? And are the rides any good?

And why does a Princess of Darkness Blow Bubbles?

I'm blower of bubbles because of the h2g2 first birthday meetup last weekend. There's photos somewhere.... Peta (http://www.h2g2.com/U24 ) brought this giant bubble maker, and I loved it. If you visit my homepage by clicking my name in the forum you can find out why I'm Princess of Darkness...
Hi Hovis... *starts whistling Dvorak's new world symphony *
Hi Gedge, it is fun here
