I started my new job today.
its not gone very well.
I started at 3 PM.
I drank some coffee, smoked a cigarette and looked at a spreadsheet and a word document, copied some stuff from teh spreadsheet to a second word document and made a few phone calls.
by 3.21 I was fed up and logged on here.

I feel utterly terrible
... I work at a cofee shop and had to work until 1:00am last night and I drank 9 shots of espresso and 4 cups of cofee. Man I was wired.

I'm having another coffee break: I get the feeling I'm not going to be very good at working from home, it';l be my second coffee break, since I started the job, and in the time since I started at 3 PM, i did maybe ten mins solid work

But are you at work at the moment? 
I'm really gona have to get on and do some solid work in a while, the worse thing is I'm only on comission, so unless I do work and get results, I' don't get no money

don't know how to add a robot smiley to the h2g2 smileys list. lo-fat pizza tastes like cardboard
. Tofu is okay. [:] but you know, really tricky to cook right. Why are the really hard to cook and prepare things always popular in gourmet magazines? There was this thing I remember about some, "winter melon" thing, that was kind of waxy and thoroughly encased in a shell. You have to beat the 
out of it to get any of the edible parts out. then cook/boil them like hell to get it rendered into an anywhere near edible condition. Only thing anybody I ever knew could do with one was make some sorta a soup out of one. Or you know in Marvin's case it would be more like [: (] .
