this is very true - though i'd like to point out the benifits for the male barstaff. the scantily clad young females who approach the bar and think that giving you a lovely view of their breasts is meant to make you serve them quicker when instead you make them wait - if only to make the view last and/or to build up the courage to give them you phone number.

I've also seen plenty of scantily clad females being served free drinks. There was one club where the bartender was notorious for giving away free drinks and when he wasn't there, the bar's total would jump by $200 or more. (yes, he was fired)
