Picato, pictured here: , was the founder of the Pawvist movement, which postulated the overthrow of traditional perspective representation in favour of a more two dimensional "paws on canvas and walk all over it a bit" approach.
Picato's work was attacked in turn by Rembraaaaaaaaant: , of the sheepish school, who rather were rather coy in suggesting that wool would soon overtake photography as the twentieth century medium of artistic expression.
