It looks like we've almost got enough people here to have a training game of fish slap!
Now we've more or less got the fishy smileys perfected we each need to set up a fish thread in our own personal space. This is done with a journal entry entitled "Vestboy Fish Fight 1" but put your own name where I put Vestboy. Don't forget the number 1. We can keep track of the fights more easily.
Right I'm off to create mine now. When we have six or more we can pick teams.
How exciting!

Vestie does it need to be in your Journal as I've sort of got myself into the habit of doing an annual Journal entry which is greatly looked forward to by a group of my friends and I'd hate to break with tradition ?

I'll go create one now. But in the meanwhile,....
*Heads off to what looks like an obstacle course of some sort. Jumps over the hurdles with no problem, crawls under the netting (but travels back in time once on the other end so as to shave a few seconds off of her time), slows time so that she can make it through the passage with the falling bricks, but doesn't see the stun-gun wielding robot in time to save herself from a nasty zap*
OUCH!
Maybe I should stick to fish slapping....

Teams ahve to be a minimum of three players. Each is armed with a trawler full of fish.
Each player of a three person team has to deposit a fish in each of the opponents fish fight threads. If they can manage to get three fish together in one thread before a defender places a they have scored a point. They can announce this in their own thread by naming the player who has been triple fished.
The player with three fishes in their thread is frozen and cannot continue to play either fish or smileys until a team mate places a smiley in their thread. If all team mates are frozen then the game ends and the points are counted.
A player can only have contributed one of the three fish in a set of three. A smiley wipes the slate for that defender and the next fish placed is the first fish of a new attack.
This is simpler to play than to explain. Please hurry up and set up your threads! We'll be on the busiest thread leaderboard within minutes once we get going.
