Today I'm a bag of nerves, I can't recall being away from home this long, and I'm so afraid I've forgotten something really important.

Tomorrow I'll start getting excited.

I'll not leave the house today - I'd panic even more: about the time I'd lose if I did.

I'm leaving at 6:30am on Saturday, so I'll pack on Friday night.

It's what I susally do - packing very late, never finishing until minutes before I must leave.

The worst we ever managed was when we were going on a three week holiday to Boston, leaving the house at 12 and we only started packing at 9. But we had all the important stuff like money, tickets and passports sorted long before. I know people who start packing a week before they go on holidays and spend the whole week worrying. I do too much to have time for that.

Everyone have a safe journey wherever you're travelling from and I hope the w/e goes well for all.

I printed my boarding pass. And the hotel details.

The printer gave me some message about some ink getting low, but that was for the hotel details which I had written down anyway, and it printed them after all.

i wonder what would happen if the printer ran completely dry

would you find the hotel room completely emptied of furniture?
