That's what I paid for a 2-litre tub of soft scoop mint choc chip ice cream from Asda the other day.
Guess what I'm eating right now??

I'm more of a rum and raisin man myself.
I should stop phrasing things in that way. I described myself as a 'golden delicious man' a few days ago. Which is false advertising, for one thing.

So I went to the gym at lunchtime, worked really hard, felt really pleased with myself, came back and drank a Slimfast.
And then I announced I had to nip out to Boots. And somebody said, "If you're going out can you get me an ice-lolly?" And somebody else said, "Well in that case I'll walk out with you - I fancy an ice cream."
And then I saw the Creme Egg ice cream.
Have I got a guilty conscience? Yes.
Was it worth it? Mmmmmmmm, yes.

Captain, have you ever looked at the list of ingredients in a can of Slimfast? Creme Egg ice-cream
The only ice-cream worth having is sold in Aberaeron, at the harbour, near the Aquarium, heather honey flavoured, the taste is indescribable, and nowhere near as sweet as you'd imagine

Come on Granny, you know me - this is Captain Kebab! I didn't choose my name by accident - junk food is my oxygen!
Actually, I have read the ingredients of Slimfast, and I read the Creme Egg thing too (no egg!). But it's a long time since I did A level chemistry, I didn't recognise everything.
Still, if I ever get to Aberaeron (and it's a bit of a long ride from our summer Welsh base on Anglesey - Machynlleth is about as far south as we venture in a day in a 40-year old motor) I shall follow your advice!
