I need some help my friends
I am a great fan of QAF USA
I know, I know- its like a bad soap sometimes, storyline-wise the UK version is better. But I do have ulterior motives. I have a 'thing' for Brian and there is the advantage that he is often picture not fully dressed . It was on late at night on E4 for a while, and I tried to stay up to watch it, but it got put on later and later (cant think why) and now I think its off again. Problem is, my little affair with Brian is doomed- I have a boyfriend I thought about buying up the DVDs somehow on the internet- but will my ulterior motives be found out? Hes awful when hes jealous
Please advise me

Dear Anonymous,
How does your boyfriend feel about Brian? Perhaps you could mention how QAF doesn't seem to be on anymore and see how he reacts? He too may feel that Brian is
You could then buy the DVD and share the enjoyment of watching him.
I think you should be honest, having fantasies about stars is nothing to be ashamed of, and can even be turned into a game with some role-playing
Good luck,
Agonising

Dear agonising ,
Thankyou for your kinda advice, my boyfriend is already a little jealous of Brian, which is why I have not mentioned him recently and I'm worried buying said DVDs may inflame said jealousy once again however, a game sounds like a good idea (Do I win the 'most of in one post' competition?) I am definitely a fan of games
Any further advice always appreciated

Oi oi.
I want to answer but am too drunk to be sensible. However, I do want to keep M2M2 alive so am posting here for the hell of it.

I wish I were drunk.
Personally, I didn't find Brian at all appealing. It's an odd habit of mine, finding even a well-constructed person repellant if they have a rooted character.
(Yes, that's a pure Australianism; I should be able to get away with it unasterisked 'cos nobody will know what it means... It's more subtle than f****d, anyway.)

I actually prefer Michael and his husband Ben, anyway ... but maybe that's just me? (Apart from the HIV thing, they're sort of the ideal gay couple, which is something I find very attractive.)

I agree. They portray an image that they are just a normal couple who live like a stereotypical family. Michael and Ben's portrayal is extremely positive and goes soem way to disproving the myth that heteros have that all gay men are promiscuous like Brian is.
