BTW is BST the same as GMT? Just out of curiosity, I'm shure I've missed the MAN.

No... BST... stands for British Summer Time... it's when we put all our clocks forward an hour... and we all lose an hours sleep... GMT is Grenwich (me not sure if that is spelt right) Mean Time... which is what true time is based on... and people living in different parts of the world are either + or -... Me thinks anyway... someone correct me please... me has a rather bad headache due to frnatic hair pulling earlier on this evening...
