By the way, Timothy Dalton was the CRAPPEST Bond, Roger Moore would get my vote for best Bond if there way an award for best Bond. Best bond chick should go to Usrula Undress-herself-regularly...I think my man in blue would agree with me there.

Hmmm, Roger Moore - the man who turned Bond into a joke (and not a very funny one at that

Hi Jimm - I went to your page to welcome you, but you haven't written anything there yet, so I'll welcome you here!
So, what have you heard about Venus, then???

Jimm Posted Mar 9, 2000
Hello Bluebottle. I only joined two hours ago, my mate has been showing me around, he goes by the name
of Zayphod. I didn't know what to write on my page, any tips? Venus in Flytrap is a complete dish I hear.

You know, you remind me of someone I know quite well...
Still, you're welcome to be here.
So, do you want plain text or more fancy stuff on your page?
Also, we don't really want to interrupt this film thread. If you wrote just a simple "hi" to start off with on your page, I could then comment there and help you from then.

Kubrick is a strong contender but as someone mentioned earlier he already has several of these trophies...

Personally, I think we got over Gary Oldman too quickly. All his roles were quite good, so he's worth the effort of the discussion right?

Ooh, Kubrick or Connery? -That's a tough one, so I think I'll try to fill Sporkys demand for female candidates and go for Carrie Fisher.
Why, do you ask me?
1) She had a supporting role in Blues Brothers
2) She had quite a role in Star Wars
3) There's no need for more reasons than the two above.

BluesDog Posted Mar 13, 2000
I agree Gary Oldman is a fantastic actor, unfortunately he's pretty limited in the types of roles he's played. Lifetime acheivement has to be Kubrick , for the wide panorama of images and thoughts he's put on the screen.
