NOw, don't take this personally but....

I know that H2G2 has been on the go for a couple of years now - at least. What I dont' understand is that - as a 'Film Society' how come we have so few movies that have been reviewed and approved as Guide Entries ?

There are some corking good movies out there, and i'd have expected that at least some of them had other fans who also happened to be a fan of H2G2.

Do we need to "organise" something here with the editors of the site or what?

Maybe we could organise an updated list of new & classic movies, and then try and persuade people to reveiw them, supporting them in the process.

We'd probably have to try and ressurect the film society first though, it's pretty dead.

I'm really surprised it's so dead though - film societies are popular anywhere.

But I have two entries you might be interested in adding - my entry on Lindsay Anderson (A622018) and Free Cinema (A691166). The Lindsay Anderson one is edited, and Free Cinema is in the process of being subbed smiley - biggrin
