Shah, and monkey's might fly out of my butt!
So ask away KimotoCat. Truth or dare?

After all Hypno's hard work getting him here, and you don't even want to take advantage of it? C'mon! We all want to find out what *really* goes on in Peta's mind...

Peta Posted Jun 13, 2000
Erm... *Her mind*. I'm female Peta. Or was that one of the questions you people do just to throw unsuspecting people on the couch?

Martin Harper Posted Jun 13, 2000
*blushes* Hey, don't look at me, I just live here...
btw, how do you pronounce "Peta"?
Nice
Hypno Posted Jun 13, 2000
The same way as Peter.
Where is that chicken Kimo - MRDice

thought so - it's one of those "we wish we had a boy" names, isn't it? Like "Paula", or "Robertina"...

Hi there, the doctor’s inn. (Not misspelled, you’d know if you knew me, which you don’t - yet!)
Okay, so I am worthy. Okay…
Now, in order for this to work out, I’d like to make a few things clear here.
*First* I am the doctor - nobody else. If anybody else here happen to be a real (?) doctor, stay out of debating diagnoses, treatments or bills, okay?
*Second* You guys are the clients here. I do not use the term ‘patients’ as that just makes you all feel bad. By being clients, you can pretend to be normal, which you obviously are not. But even if I am here to help you deal with your disorders, let’s just face that miracles are not my forte.
*Third* Whaddaya want? You there, the newest person present! (person is a non-gender term used to avoid sexual prejudice, something that would (ahem) never happen in this forum!) Yeah, you, Peta.
Are you here to partake in the common gibberish - erf - group therapy? Or are you in need of real council?
- If it’s the group therapy, we’ll continue shortly.
- If you need real council, please start your own forum for sakes of privacy, copyright and more headers in my collection of active forums.
Oh, and you cannot possibly lie down on the couch, much as I would like to offer so to any client around here. You see, a few slightly disoriented clients of mine over in the ‘Multiple Choice’ section blew it up… Never mind that, we don’t get a lot of explosions around here, so no need to worry.
For group-therapy members: And since the truth-or-dare has been met, I guess it is not my turn to ask.
Everybody’s counsellor - KimotoCat

Ah, the therapist is here. Hi KimotoCat.
Er, group therapy I guess then. *sits on chair*.
So, do I own up to something or what? Tell you about my dodgy past? Own up to what really does go on in the offices of h2g2 Towers? Tell you about my pseudonames at h2g2?
Nicer
KimotoCat Posted Jun 14, 2000
You are not making this easy on me, you know. The truth about the deep, dark H2G2 towers? I'm only human. Anyway, I always imagined they were dark and sinister basements - combined with a wine-cellar offcourse.
Anyway - you as one of the others Truth or Dare. Then the person in question is supposed to - well, you can probably figure that out for yourself. Nothing is sacred, but a few things should probably not be mentioned in a family forum. (Is this a family forum?!?)
You go ahead.

Hypno Posted Jun 17, 2000
Ooo I think Peta may be thinking hard about that one - she has had a day or so off and will most likely be pondering on what dark secrets she is to be giving away - will it be the drinks she has with Mark at the end of the day or how she sits with her laptop laughing at some of the antics some researchers get up to on site. We'll have to wait and see.

In the meantime, shall we continue without her? I believe it is your turn to pick someone, hypno...

Hypno Posted Jun 17, 2000
I dare both to tell the truth and write something in this forum that you have never told anybody else before.
There you are, a Dare and Truth, all in one.

Neither of you offered a truth or dare so you can take it which ever way you wish
As a dare
or as a truth
It's up to you

Hi there - hypno tells me you are a Dane, KimotoCat - I wonder if you could check something out for me.
We have two new reseachers who have just logged in:
Researcher http://www.h2g2.com/U134405 Allankist and
Sansie Researcher http://www.h2g2.com/U134523
and I believe they are posting in Danish. If you should have time to go to their pages and welcome them to h2g2 - I would be obliged.

hmm... well I haven't actually told anyone the colour of my socks - but I suspct that's not really what you're after... :-) this'll work, I guess - when drunk, a couple of days back, I tried to do the dress-from-binliner thing, but it wasn't terribly successful. Hence http://www.h2g2.com/F30859?thread=59036 of course...
Nicer, eh?
KimotoCat Posted Jun 18, 2000
Hi there. Uhm, something I've never told anybody? Okay... (Thinks for a while, leaving the white type-in-box-thingy and going to a completely different Internet site to download furries for a while, contemplating if it should be the kind of truth that the Danish IRS would take offence from, childhood menacing events or just a stray thought never before expressed aloud...) (Returns to the forum, having downloaded another 26 furries but being not much wiser; decides to stay on this page and ponder for another moment.) *Pause* (Is dumbstruck by a sudden idea about what to say here. Overcomes it after a few moments and decides to come forward with it.) Okay, something I've never told anybody else? Here goes: I am currently writing letters with a guy who is an inmate in an American prison and whose address I found on the Internet in a pen pal-exchange system. I'll not tell you much about him here as those things may remain private, but I discovered about a year ago that he was doing time for killing two people. As you may well imagine, that choked me. But I still correspond with him. I think many of the people who are my friends and family here would mind this, but he's a nice writer and has explained a lot to me about rage... Am I making sense? This started out as a joking entry, but I really took it seriously. My boyfriend would come down with kittens if he knew my pen pal was a double murderer. Anyway, who says murderers cannot be humans? Comments, flames and dismay is welcome. It's really not a secret as such, just a bit sensitive in some circles. But what does one do? I guess I took both truth and dare, huh? Well, who's next? -KimotoCat P.S. to Veggie: I've greeted the two Danes as you asked: See the entry for Allankist on http://www.h2g2.com/F43701?thread=59271&post=435909 and for SanSei on http://www.h2g2.com/F43717?thread=59269&post=435896 - long live cut-and-paste.
