So, Dimoock taps me on the shoulder and says "You know you shouldn't have done that."
And I said "Well why the hell not?"
So she says "Cos my second cousin twice removed happens to be an elephant."
So I muttered "That explains a lot" and said "But not that elephant?"
And this is the point at which you all must cliffhang ;-P

Eehh, no, not really, but hey this definetly beats the Un-cut Toenail Worshipers Society (UTWS), not to mention the Proud Contributors' to the Brussle Sprout Cookbook Community (PCBSCC). I think I've made my point!

Oh, right.
So Dimmock looks sheepish and says "Well, no."
So I say "Well push off then."
So she looks at me for a minute and says "No."
And she hits me (this happens quite a lot in this pub). And I hit her back.
So she gets out a 9mm and shoots me.
At which point I say "Son of a..." and pass out.
And when I wake up it's only Anthony Edwards leaning over me going "Do you know where you are?"
...

You know something, this gives me a great idea for an h2g2 page: "You complete the story."

Basically, the person who creates the page creates a conversation with the beginning of a story, and other people have to post to finish the story off - with each post limited to about 50 words, say. And then you have a really weird story.

I might just do that. Watch this space. Well, actually, watch the space where the page will be.

They did something like that in Ask H2G2 ages back...I think it's finished now. I like the sound of it. The story in Ass-k h2g2 was real funny...

That's like that game I used to play when I was a kid. You know, when everyone gets a piece of paper and you write down a guy's name, then you pass it on and write a girl's name. And you keep doing this until you end up with a little (usually sick) love story!
Great idea

In Year 6 our teacher tried to do this thing where we'd all sit in a circle, and each person would say one wprd of a story, which the class made up as we went along.
This is what we got out of it:

One day there was a sad bloke who died. Suddenly a man cut his head off.
