"...mad as hell..." is Peter Fonda, in "The Network" or "Network News" or something similar. I'm guessing from your response that he was the guy who said the previous one as well.

Regards the "My mother" quote, two spring to mind immediately; Danny DeVito in "Throw Momma from the Train" or Anthony Hopkins in "Psycho".
