Hi, Irv!
Just wanted to introduce myself. Redbeard's the name. I've been hanging around your café quite a bit the past week, and I've been anxious to meet the proprietor of such delightful places as the Aroma Café and the book nook.

Lil's spoken of you often... mostly good and mentioned that we might have some common interests since I work in theatre.

A thespian? It just so happens I am currently wearing a T-Shirt from my highschool's production of the Tempest. Are you an actor or a techie?

A little of everything, actually. I've been a TD, done lighting design, and scenic design, acted, directed, musical directed, and done all areas of theatre management. I was musical director for 'Company' last year, will be acting in 'The Grapes of Wrath' this fall.. along with playing the musical saw ... and I'm doing program guide design and theatrical photography for the Illinois Shakespeare Festival this summer.

I'm glad to see Joanna is here, too. Since she is talking about herself in 3rd person, maybe we should all follow suit. Joanna usually has lemon tea, so I guess I'll make one for her. c(~)

And Irv and Redbeard have finally met. Good! I knew they'd get on.

*Joanna is bemused since she asked for anticoffee, but somehow Lil knows her better than herself 'cause what she really meant to ask for was lemon tea, but her mind wandered as she was typing, and she pressed post before she could correct it. Joanna decides that walking up to the science site for IRL lemon tea would be a spectacularly bad idea at this point.*

Joanna probably realises that her post wasn't the most recent in the queue, and a woman on antihistamines isn't likely to have the best memory on the block....

Actually, I think I'll have some echinacea tea for myself.
