Sorry to show my ignorance, but what's F&F and why would it be so miserable and excessive?

Sorry Rebeard the F&F is my favourite h2g2 bar. And I was miserable and excessive yesterday because my long term relationship has just ended. But I'm starting to get over it now.

Now that you mention it, I believe I've heard of that bar. Just haven't gotten there, yet.

I think you're handling it well. In my experience, alternating binge drinking with triple espressos is a healthy response.

Well if you add in poetry therapy, ICQ therapy and moping around h2g2 about it, I've ahd quite a substantial support network these last few days. I've even found agian in combination.

I've never been to the Forum & Firkin ... very busy place, and I have so much to keep up with at the places that I do frequent that I just never launched myself into that forum.

I find it interesting that Lil mentions how busy the F&F is when this place seems to have had a new forum nearly every day since I've been gone

I really hope that people don't expect, need, or desire that I go through from Caretaker Counter Part 1 and read all that backlog I could only just skim even this forum!

On h2g2, the only way to talk about people is in front of their backs.

Mike A is 14 -- we have, perhaps improbably, become very good friends and I now refer to him as my cybernephew. He's really quite precocious and energetic.

I've painted mugs for Redbeard, Somat and Garius Lupus; now I need sight of some totem art before I can finish Ioreth's mug. I suppose I could paint my own, too, and then there would be enough to start a page. Shall we call it Mug Shots ?

Hi Irv how's the vacation? Hi Lil, the F&F was busy yesterday as I was propping up the bar because my b/f ended it with me in a quite acrimonious and sudden fashion. But thanks to number of on-line friends I'm beginning to come to terms with that.

Every time I turn my back, someone adds a wing to the Aroma Café! I've got no problem with that, I actually think it's cool. Every time I blink, Asteroid Lil has more, new, beautiful art to show me, and that's even cooler. Mug Shots sound great -- where's the page? I think I'll just follow Lil to it...
