ssssslllllllooooooowwwwww.
Greetings Irving, it has taken me about half an hour to load up two forums this evening.
BTW I am in the UK, Scotland to be precise.
As I said before, I am happy to update links from my page etc, I just don't think i will be able to serve too much what with my strange shift patterns. We shall see.

Well, we always have the IIEM, so don't stress the serving if you don't have the time. It'd be nice if you and Lil could be the caretakers, though. That'll work out great

Cool, I better get a link on my homepage.
I hope to do a bit of updating this week anyway, (trying to teach myself guideML by viewing source code on pages I visit)
add a few people like yoursel, Lil, haven't actually had much of a chance to chat to too many others really, but give it time as they say.
Speaking of talking to people, you haven't heard from Unch in the last few days have you? I've been restricted to 'Days' this week.
Ah no doubt he will turn up and lob another mug in the general vicinity of my head sometime this week.

*looks uncomfortable* sorry, just my back. I'll go to the doctah tomorrow and get it fixed. But today I can't seem to sit for longer than half an hour without seizing up.
Irv, when do we start? And what would my hours be? Better I should come on as the Brits are going off, yes?

Hey Lil, this might be fun!
What time is it where you are just now, so that I can work out the offset. It is just past 23:30h BST (GMT+1h).
What time do you normally log on at?
Irv, do we both need to place links to the Forrest(haven't been yet)
and the Cafe? Probably wisest to.

Lil I think that whatever time you have the easiet access to the internet are your hours. Remember we have the IIEM, but I know from experience that the threads do fizzle a bit when there's no "proprietor" around.
No, I'm afraid I haven't seen Unch around recently. I'm going to go update the Café Page right now so that if he does show up, he can find this forum.

Yes, Bable 17, it'd be nice if you both posted links to the forest and to the counter thread. The current forrest thread is at http://www.h2g2.com/forumframe.cgi?MESSAGES[(THREADID*49964?forumid*26140)THREADS[(THREADID*49964?forumid*26140?subset*0)#

I can log on at breakfast -- between 7-9 am (GMT - 5), sometimes at lunchtime (12-2 pm) and definitely after dinner 6 pm onward. The midday contact depends very much on net loading -- sometimes I can't get on or downloads time out. I'm not on much this evening because I'm uncomfortable on account of muscle spazz in my lower back *gazes longingly at the two tylenol she has promised herself not to take till 11 pm*
So where is Greebs?

I've seen her around! Apparently she started a new Aroma Forum yesterday that I didn't notice til I made this one this morning. I don't think she's been on since, though

I need coffe it's 5:44 here and the UK has just run out of studio time for the Astros and Dodgers game in the middle of the 10th. Although I don't see a wway back for the Dodgers 14-7 down with the bases loaded. And I should really be applying for a job which need doing before 12:00. But ah well the pull of the blue was too much.

Cheers this insomniac Brit will be in dire need of this later on today I fear. I was a good game though. I didn't miss much in the bottom of the tenth by the look of things.

*wanders in*
I thought the IIEM was on. *hands BB a c)~( of tea*
*gets c)~( of coffee for himself*
Right lets see...
*proceeds to clear and wipe down tables, counter top and all sticky surfaces. Gets out broom and sweeps the place clean. Changes the filters in the IIEM and then starts to mop the floor*
Lift your feet please folks, thank you.
*puts mop&bucket away, Puts out 'Caution:Wet Floor' sign*
Well, i've got to get in practice for next week. Need to run, can somebody pop the sign away once the floor is dry? Thanks.
The IIEM is on and all is currently well!
Coffee to go, and a piece of Toast with Nutella please RA

I believe that the IIEM is on, but I don't believe in using it. I prefer humans to make tea - no machine is capable of making a perfect cup of tea. Making tea is an art, you can't get a soulless contraption plugged into the wall to create a cup of tea - just as you cannot get a CD player with a paintbrush attached to create a portrait more imaginative than the Mona Lisa.

*walks in slowly but a bit more easily than yesterday* Mornin' y'all.
Can I have an A L special please? Mmm, smells of Pine Sol. I didn't see Ook on the porch, did Vlad take him back? Did he win the scrabble game?
