Post Team Started conversation Aug 7, 2005
As you may have read in the current Post editorial, as two-thirds of the editorial team is on holiday this month, we will not be publishing a new issue on the 18th of August.
However we would be more than pleased to publish a 'Best Of The Post' on this day if there was support for the idea. Basically what we would be looking for is for all our regular contributors and other friends of the Post to nominate items from past issues which they thought were particularly good (yes, you can nominate your own items). The most popular ones will feature in the Best Of issue.
So let's hear what you think. Obviously we will need an A-number for all nominations, and all nominations to be in by midnight on the 14th of August, please.

Yes! I vote for the first one of those!
Off to look at Hootoo Home Of Today archive A1008550.....
And maybe a spimcoot one would be nice too? A643583 is the archive, this one is the minimalist classic: A698835

Theres gona be loads given another few days, why not see which things have got the biggest archeives and then get the writers to nominate there favorite? Its just that this way theres like the whole voting thing and if lots of things get one vote how do you decide? Oh and I vote Psyc's travels with a beaten up back pack, tickled me

I'm still writing it! I just can't exactly remember what I did last year on my holidays. Then again, I couldn't remember when I got back...
My Meet Mr Inquisitor [Redux] interview with Werekitty was classic though.

There's always one who doesn't pay attention to the original message...
*A number* for the backpack thing, please? Also for the interview. If (as seems possible) we get loads of nominations it'll be up to muggins here to check 'em all out and make the final pick, and I could do without having to track 'em all down in the archive. Cheers.
(Bother, I was hoping I could just get away with linking to 10 24LASes, 6 Mr Inquisitors, the whole of Adventures in Cinema and that poem I wrote about the first series of 24.... )
