Who else did you see @ glasto- if u saw kt tunstall and we are scientists.... was soooo annoyed when i saw them on the telly- I WANTED TO BE THERE!

Kate Nash: a bit poo but seeing the opening Pyramid Stage act is a tradition
King Of Leon: very good indeed in an old school rock way
Candi Staton: I was randomly passing the Jazz/World stage. Good voice, crap songs
Lupe Fiasco: most impressed and glad I didn't wander off before he came on!
Fun Lovin' Criminals: cool as ever
Seasick Steve: absolute quality: perfect sunny afternoon entertainment
The Raconteurs: smashing
Jay-Z: pants, so we wandered round the corner to:
Massive Attack: splendid
Roni Size & Reprazent: a big wodge of nostalgia, fantastic
Neil Diamond: very entertaining, but my mood was somewhat enhanced at the time so I'm not a reliable witness
Goldfrapp: same as Neil Diamond, but better
Groove Armada: wow.
Elbow (in The Queen's Head): more wow, with a hint of blimey.

I saw quite a bit more while mooching around but can't remember much of it!

There were loads of things I'd have liked to have seen (Crowded House, Roisin Murphy, MGMT, Marcus Brigstocke, Mark Ronson, Manu Chao, Hot Chip, The Proclaimers, Alabama 3, Arthur Smith to name a few) but there's too much else to do to be tied to stages all day.

Yep. Spent Wedneday night/Thursday morning wandering with a couple of randoms and had a smashing time with people from the MyFests Glasto forums, some of who I'd never met in real life. A couple of 'em were so sweet they made me go a bit mushy.

I watched Jay Cloth on the telly and he was alright, but he just didn't feel right for Glasto. I don't agree with whatever Gallagher who said that Glasto is a rock festival, cos it quite clearly isn't, but my objection to Jay Cloth was that he's hardly big in Britain, is he? Ah well, I guess Muse and the Who were too busy to headline this year I'll have to go at least once though, cos you saw far too many folk I wanna see

As for that Heinz advert, the whole thing reminds me of that Galaxy ice cream one. Remember that one, with the advert showing a tub of ice cream, four differently sized spoons and the caption "eeny, meeny, miny, mo"? I had no idea that was a racist rhyme til it all kicked off.
