I'm with you on that one Agent. GBO will probably get the whole of the BBC no matter where you are put on pre-mod. Even when the Director General sends out messages.

If you click on My Space, then you can click on Edit Page. This allows you to write an introduction to yourself. You can either do it in plain text, or in GuideML.

GuideML is the programming language that h2g2 uses. I've only started using it myself. The help page is pretty handy

Otherwise Plain Text is easy to use.
