Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a rain gauge ClimeMET CM7015 Wireless Rain Gauge and I am unable to open the cone as it won't move as it is stuck. Thank you

I don't have one, but the manual looks simple, rotate cone anti-clockwise and lift off...

No, sadly but I'll have to wait tomorrow until my support worker comes to make my medication box to the pharmacy to be filled with my tablets; to see if he can open it.

I meant to say that my support worker will be coming to visit tomorrow on a pre-arranged visit and will be able to try and open the rain gauge for me. He will also be taking my medication box to the pharmacy to be filled in my with my tablets. Hopefully, he will able to get the rain gauge cone open.
