Laughter Therapy

I guess it was only a matter of time before I was invited to a 'laughter therapy' seminar at work.

Has anyone here come acros this therapy? I'm very scared it will involve a gathering of business-suited people in a seminar room who have to engage in bouts of forced laughter.

In the early 90s, Radio Shack had a teeny but intense torch - 2 gas cylinders, one of butane, one of N2O . See if you can find any of those still around. smiley - winkeye

If the cost of the seminar is high, then laughter therapy is no joke.

That sounds like fun, so why would anyone dread it? smiley - huh Unless, of course, the people arranging the sessions are the most humorless people on the planet. smiley - sadface

I'm surprised this wasn't a topic for an episode of The Office.

Laughing is good for you, I agree, but "'laughter therapy' seminar" does sound a bit like a contradiction in terms...

Seminars are rarely a laughing matter. If laughter is involved, chances are somebody got it wrong smiley - evilgrin.
