"toats amazeballs" to mean totally amazing which would still annoy me to be honest

Totes emosh is better.
It means "very emotionally-stimulating."

I don't think I really have one. Some irritate a little (practicable - I hated it. Thought it was made up by some self-important management bod who didn't want to say practical. Now I am ambiguous as it has an actual meaning and wasn't dreamt up just to annoy me) but my mum can't stand the word gristle. She says it sounds like the feeling of biting down on gristle and it turns her stomach.
I try not to use it *too* often...

Must admit (as a recently departed teenager) I have never either used this or heard it used in any other form other than to criticise the idea of someone using it seriously, ever.

This isn't one of my 'cringe' words, but where the does Criminalist come from.
A criminologist, I can comprehend, but C.S.I. use 'Criminalist' all the time.

Mission-statement
A word that I first heard being used in the mid 90's when businesses would state that they had a 'passion' (another over used word) to put the customer first and to provide first class service.

Clearly the origin of tote amazeballs is:
Tote = totally
amazeballs = "amazing + incredible"
