You know what needs inventing?

Perhaps a decent seal would be a problem - and the hinges?

On Tomorrow's World (RIP) or something similar, there was a vacuum cleaner that did the vacuuming for you automatically. I'd like something similar for the lawn please. It wouldn't need to collect the grass, as it could chop it finely, and it would be allowed freedom to roam, so the grass would never get too long anyway. Solar powered, and with a moisture sensor, so it would operate in the right conditions.

I think an automatic lawn mower has already been invented

<> We don't eat seal
Here in Germany they serve chips at fetes and fairs in a white cardboard dish, ditto hot dogs. Some ingenious company has started making china versions of the cardboard things (presumably so you can have a street fair feel in your own kitchen.) So all I'm asking is that the plastic divided plates with nicely fitted lids be reproduced using the same moulds but with china rather than plastic.
Most of my earthenware and pyrex dishes have been used for microwaving leftovers, but if it's just for one, you may as well use a plate.
Still, whilst looking for them, I've found some on Amazon for 12.99 GBP for a set of 4 plastic ones. The only place I've seen them before that was here at the One Euro shop. I bought a couple for work, but when I sent back they'd sold out and they haven't had them in since, and I'd love to be able to put a week's worth of dinners in the freezer ready to eat, as my week nights are always so busy.

I'm sure there are some keen kids in the neighbourhood willing to mow your lawn for you, pegasus

Pegasus
How about a tribe of guinea pigs, they make very good lawnmowers and supply fertiliser at the same time.

Actually, I can't eat them. And the kid doesn't get out there and cut the grass when the sun shines, TC, despite the offer of remuneration, so I really need the solar-powered one please (lawn-mower, not kid, although the latter could be worth inventing too for all the other chores...)

Our guinea rabbits ended up being good for fattening up foxes.

Interestman-
From the foxes perspective yes. I would a way to decipher a doctor's handwriting, because I have to get some medicine but I can't read what I have to get.

You're good!
Ok, now for a real challenge... I use my phone for reminders. I'd like you to invent something that does whatever the job is that my phone is reminding me about, so I don't have to do it.

I just read the titles as "You know what needs inverting?" so I'd like something that lets me know when I've read text wrongly.
