Facebook hacked?

I hate to ask this question, but has Facebook been hacked? If I try to go to http://www.facebook.com I get a page saying my address is invalid and redirecting me here: http://www.rgemonitor.com/index.php
I wouldn't go there if I were you because I assume they harvest all sort of information about you if you do. In fact, I am now reluctant to try going to Facebook too.
So, is it me, or has someone taken down Facebook?

I'm currently signed into facebook, and I haven't had this problem.
I downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox yesterday, it tells you if a website tries to redirect you to another website, and blocks this. You can then allow it or not, depending on whether you trust the website.

Very odd. Have you run a virus scan lately? Cleared out your cookies or something? I remember weird stuff like that happening a couple of times, but can't remember why it happened...

Facebook is fine for me too. Sounds like it's your browser which has been hijacked.

So, erm, useful stuff. Repeat and see if the problem still happens. Try with a different browser and see if it happens with that too. Lastly, if possible, try with a different computer.
That should narrow it down a bit.

It's fine this morning, but I had the same thing happening with both Firefox and Chrome last night.
Ach, who cares.

Fame and glory.
Unless they are practising for something bigger or on a training course with MI5 or the CIA.

Twitter and Facebook both got targeted by a DDOS attack.
Nobody knows who did it though... http://www.unmemorabletitle.co.uk/?p=87

Surprising that it would cause you to redirect though. Normally denial of service attacks just result in you timing out when you try to connect.

And it was the day before the attack described in the newspaper.
Ach, who gives a whatsit?

Also, I'm pretty sure it was some people from 4chan did it. Which doesn't really narrow it down much I guess .
