Why in the name of Terra are there two Daleks standing in the middle of the Bush about 25kms North of Arno Bay, SA???

Camouflage training and failing.
Apart from the fact that Daleks glide around noiselessly I doubt whether the word stealth is in their dictionary. Or possibly it is with the definition as 'Stealth - Whispering EXTERMINATE rather than shouting it'
