Ah well. Thanks to everyone, anyway! smiley - cheers

Next time I'll give y'all a bit more notice...I was on a business trip and confidently expected to be spending the evening in the company of my colleagues, who both then announced that they were going to be completely antisocial, have their dinner in their rooms, and leave me on my lonesome.

So, next time I'm over (and I expect it to be a regular occurrence) I'll post a bit earlier! smiley - stout.

Well, depending on which client I'm visiting, it might be at the Burlington, or it might be at the Alexander hotel. Or somewhere completely different.

What I *am* certain of is that I won't be relying on my colleagues for a drink or two. We clearly have different ideas about sociability whilst on a business trip.
