I am writing up a document and want to say "The manager should ensure that they [insert verb here] all the responsibilities listed in the previous slide"

I'd have said that you perform a role to fulfil a responsbility, so I'd use 'fulfil' to fill your blank

Thanks. I prefer 'fulfil' but it doesn't sound completely right.

How about re-wording it completely...
The manager is responsible for ensuring completion of the functions listed on the previous slide
(Apart from the last four words, I've just lifted that phrase from a document I'm working on at this very moment believe it or not!)

From YEARS of writing "statements of duties" for the Canuck military, the "performance of duties" are required to "fulfill responsibilities".

Ok - the final wording is:
Each manager should ensure that the responsibilities listed in “Support Responsibilities“ slide are fulfilled within their bsuiness area.
