I am currently doing a paper on marsupials. The question came to mind is it possible that kangaroos get pocket lint

Unlikely. They are rather too damp for lint inside their pouches iirc...

Actually that is a good question, is their pocket self cleaning?
Is it dry inside, the young look dry when venturing out.

Well there you go, my question about the dampness of their pockets was answered even before I asked it, today has indeed turned out to be a crazy day, lol!

People get belly-button lint so I wouldn't be surprised if marsupials do too.

Mind you, the whole marsupial thing is weird if you think about it. Especially in evolutionary terms and continental drifting. There are no marsupial apes but some monkeys display child carrying postures that suggests either: there might have been or there should have been.

The real question is, how many sesame seeds can you get in a kangaroo pouch?

Without the kangaroo noticing? They have quite a kick.

I guess it all depends on what style and matterial of clothing Kangaroos wear...

If they go in for natural fibres,- cotton and linen and hemp and such like, then I'd say there would be a higher likelyhood of some kind of pocket-lint event or events occuring...

But if they're more into their 'synthetics',- nylons, lycra, polyester, and of course shell suits, then they'd almost certainly be at a lower pocket-lint-event threshold likelyhood ....

Actually, do kangaroos wear clothes, or did i just imagine that like I did for the dogs wearing top hats?

They wear boxing gloves.

Looks like simultaneous cruelty to animals and humans to me.

Perhaps they get lint in their pockets when their opponents throw in the towel.

Surely the question should be how much blu-tak can you get into a kangeroo's pouch... And how do you get it out afterwards.

By now someone ought to have mentioned Pocket Books, a copywritten and trademarked name of publisher's Simon & Shuster who basically invented the pocket sized portable paperback.
Simon's daughter is singer smiley - diva Carly Simon.

smiley - huh What exactly is Mar's Upials?

As for Lint, I'm giving up Upials.

Seems like an easy option, as I don't know what they are!!!

Kangaroos never look right if they cast a kangaroo for the part; Skippy was in reality played by a small horse. smiley - pony

Exactly that. And, by a strange fluke of chance, casting a small horse as a small horse doesn't work either, so they have to cast a dolphin to play small horses otherwise it just doesn't look right on the silver screen....
