How do you make those sub-headerish thingies?

You know how at the top of an article or page there'll be (at least for Classic GOO skin users) a blue thing with the subject in yellow on it? And then some people, underneath that, have more blue things, but with white writing on them. How do you put those in?

well, of COURSE, Brie! and guess what? if you like, i'll even be your very own Guardian Angel, and you can ask me whatever you like! I'll even put a link to you on my page, and you'll get an "Archangel Zax*" badge to go on your page!

just reply to the original post we were using "strangeness?" from your homepage, and we'll use that to talk...smiley - smiley

I saw the Guardian Angel page, but maybe I didn't look very carefully because I don't get what Guardian Angels really are... I just thought it was a page to help out newcomers.

well, it's that, and much more. it's basically a way to make sure that new users get a good solid start, and to make sure that as you get involved in the site someone's here to help... some people want to know where to go to find others with their interests, some people want help finding gadgets smiley - winkeye for their pages, some need help making them work... some need to know about the submission process... the list goes on...

really, it's just a way to make sure that new users know that they always have someone they can ask about just about anything... there are also the aces, and the distinction is vague, but it's there.... guardian angels basically keep tabs on those under their wings, and check in periodically to make sure they're getting on ok... aces are much busier greeting, answering *other* questions, mingling, and scoping out good entries to submit to the guide... smiley - smiley
make sense?
i'm not sure.. sometimes it doesn't make sense to me- but BOY is it fun!
